Had a lot of fun drawing these little guys! I wanted to do a more unique approach to common mythological creatures (like my leafy seadragon mermaid), so here are my penguin/sea otter gryphons! Obviously not built for flying, these smaller gryphons are built for streamlined high-speed swimming for catching fish or eluding predators (the extra wings on the back help with balance as well). Claws and beaks also make it easier for them to break open shellfish and are great for underwater climbing and digging. I drew two different breeds since I was wanting to draw a couple poses anyways.
